Copper-Coast
– scenic and beatifully winding country roads situated between Tramore and Dungarvan

Duncannon Beach
– beautiful beach overlooking the river Suir delta. Parking on beach.
– don’t forget to take the Passage East ferry when driving from Waterford City to avoid long detour via New Ross

– small but cosy and busy town-centre overlooking a bay, quite a number of charity shops

– great walking area halfway between Cheekpoint and Faithlegg. Put on your walking boots and try a short or long walk, or even do a round walk down to the Suir banks (good shoes needed!), bring a picknick, enjoy

Woodstown Strand (beach)
– a long, broad beach about 14 km outside of Waterford City
mostly frequented by locals, parking and pub / restaurant nearby. Please consider tidal times if you consider a swim!
